All Annie Selke customer accounts are protected by single sign on, (SSO), which means you will receive a unique code via email or SMS when accessing your account.
When attempting to log into your account, you will be asked for the email address OR phone number that is associated with your account. From there, a single use code will be sent to the email address or phone number which you will use to login to your account.
For the security of your account, our Customer Service representatives are not able to access the unique access codes sent to you. You will need to have access to the email address or phone number on file.
